There may be a lot of rain in the forecast lately, but Spring is definitely on the way – along with Spring Break – and with it comes the hopes of the occasional lovely sunny day. If you know Jeff and Sara, you know we enjoy exploring the majesty of the Pacific Northwest — and we’re lucky enough that a couple of our clients lend themselves nicely to this extracurricular activity.
So to celebrate the coming of Spring, and the beauty of the region where we live, we’re spotlighting our hospitality and destination clients that can offer you a great place to visit during Spring Break, or any time of year.
Located in Union, Washington along the Hood Canal, Alderbrook has long been a favorite travel destination for the Gundells — long before they became a client. Alderbrook offers amazing scenery, no matter what time of year, along with fine dining, excellent amenities, and really lovely accommodations at an affordable rate.
If you haven’t been to Central Oregon, you are missing out on some true majesty. Bend and Sunriver both offer fantastic places to stay, and no trip to Central Oregon is complete without a trek up to Mt. Bachelor. Whether you ski, snowboard, tube, or just want to grab a brew in the lodge, Mt. Bachelor is an easy drive from Bend (you’ll hardly realize you’re climbing in elevation), with sweeping views of the Cascade Mountains and surrounding vistas.
