Jag’s History

Jag was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1986 with an initial focus on business forms, stationery, and business cards. Within a very short time, client needs led us to expand our product offerings to include commercial full-color printing, promotional products, and logo’d apparel.

In 1991, Jag became one of the first companies to adapt to using the new electronic forms design software. This marked the beginning of a long tradition for Jag as a leader of adopting and utilizing technological advances well ahead of our competitors. We launched our original company website in 1996 and implemented our PrintAndShip.com e-commerce program in 1999. In 2012, Jag expanded its online reach through social media, most notably Twitter and Pinterest.

Jag moved its corporate headquarters to Portland, Oregon in 2001, re-naming the company Jag Forms Northwest, Inc. In the years since, we have continued to expand our offerings of products and services in order to maintain the highest level of customer service and to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.

In 2012, Sara joined her dad Jeff, officially making Jag a family business. In 2014 and 2016, they were honored as finalists in the Excellence in Family Business Awards, presented by Oregon State University’s Austin Family Business Program.
